FutureBlink

June 2024 - Present

Junior Software Engineer

Led backend scalability for by implementing distributed locking with atomic MongoDB operations, enabling horizontal scaling across microservices while preventing duplicate processing and race conditions.

Drove major API performance improvements across SalesBlink by rearchitecting high-traffic endpoints with batched, set-based database operations, increasing throughput by up to 5× and reducing response times by ~90%.

Built SalesBlink’s Stripe billing system for email verification credits, along with Workspaces and White Labeling to support multi-account usage and platform rebranding.

Developed a cross-platform mobile app for SalesBlink, enabling users to manage accounts and send emails directly from mobile devices.

Outside of SalesBlink, I engineered a multi-tenant RAG-based voice agent for Shopify to drive e-commerce conversions with real-time, context-aware responses.
